COMPANY AND HISTORY
Located in Zaragoza and Toledo (Spain), TDZ has been manufacturing equipment for the automotive sector and industrial machinery since 1939. We were proud to celebrate our 85 Anniversary in 2024.
Its beginnings as a producer of injection pumps for the most important industrial vehicle manufacturers (Mercedes Benz, Robert Bosch, G.M., Case, etc.) provided TDZ with the required human and technical resources to create the first hydraulic pump plant in the 60s.
Currently, TDZ products can be found in more than 100 countries over five continents through our network of distributors, clients and OEMs.
Bezares, S.A. and TDZ Hydraulics, S.A. have been collaborating for many years sharing technology. In August 2010, Bezares S.A. acquired assets in TDZ, such as Machinery, Inventory, Designs and Customer Portfolio to continue with TDZ production.

TDZ is founded in Zaragoza, Spain, by Mr Pedro Esteban. It focuses on the transformation of petrol engines to diesel cycle.

The first injection pumps for diesel engines are manufactured.

The new injection pump manufacturing plant is opened on a 11,000 square-metre plot, employing over 200 people.

TDZ enters the hydraulics sector with a radial piston pump for agricultural and truck-mounted applications.

The first power steering vane pump is designed and manufactured for medium-sized and heavy-duty vehicles.

Robert Bosch, a world leader in the manufacture of injection pumps, acquires a stake in TDZ, diesel injection division.

TDZ manufactures the first pump equivalent to Sperry Vickers ®. Years later, the first pump equivalent to Hagglunds Denison ® is designed and manufactured.

The new plant of the TDZ Hydraulics division is opened.

TDZ Hydraulics becomes TDZ-Bezares Group. Its production plant moves to Toledo and the management offices remain in Zaragoza.

TDZ Hydraulics expands its range of products, features, market and applications thanks to the synergies provided by Bezares S.A.

The TDZ brand celebrates its 85 anniversary. Our products are now exported to over 100 countries around the world.
